The career vault with receipts.
Every claim you make about your career, attached to its evidence and verified on your Mac. Only what is proven ever leaves the vault.
Requires macOS 15 or later

Never leaves the vault. Not in any export, ever.
The receipts engine
Four states. One rule: only the proven leaves.
Every claim in the vault carries a verification state, and every export runs the same gate. Verified means evidence a stranger can open, not vibes.
Exports, with its receipt
A claim goes green when its evidence is attached and checked. Verified claims are the only content JobJujutsu will publish on your behalf.
Exports as a warning, never silently
Evidence attached but not yet verified. Pending claims surface in every export sheet as explicit warnings, so nothing unproven slips into a resume by accident.
Only the public-safe words leave
NDA work stays honest: you keep the full story privately, and exports carry only the public-safe description you wrote for it.
Never leaves the vault
Salary notes, private feedback, things you keep for yourself. Marked once, excluded from every export format, forever.
Export
Six formats. Every one runs the same gate.
Markdown, JSON Resume, and platform presets all pull from the same verified pool. The sheet tells you exactly what goes out and what got held back, before you press Export.
Export for This Application
- 14 verified claims included, receipts attached
- Warning: 2 pending claims held for review
- 1 NDA claim reduced to its public-safe description
- 3 private items excluded, as always
Evidence intake
Evidence walks in by itself.
Receipts should be the easy part. Drop them in, review what the app read, attach with one click.
Drop a screenshot, get the text
Certificates, award emails, dashboards: on-device OCR reads them the moment they land in the vault, and you review every line before it becomes evidence.

Your GitHub work, claim-ready
Point the vault at your GitHub account and review real merged work as evidence candidates. A merged PR is a receipt a stranger can click.
Receipts that stay alive
Links rot. The Receipt Health Center re-checks every URL you rely on and tells the difference between a dead link and a bot-wall that just refused to answer.
- Link OK: loads for anyone
- Blocked: alive, but behind a bot wall
- Broken: time to fix the receipt
Pipeline
Applications move. The vault remembers.
A kanban for your applications, follow-up reminders in the menu bar, and widgets on your desktop. Every move you make lands in the record.
A board that answers for itself
Paste a posting and the vault matches it against your verified claims on the spot. Each card knows which receipts support it.

Never ghost a follow-up
Follow-up reminders live in the menu bar and on desktop widgets. Log the touch, and it joins the audit trail with everything else.

Audit trail
A history you cannot quietly rewrite.
Every event in the vault is hash-chained to the one before it. Edit history is history; the chain either verifies end to end or it tells you exactly where it broke.

Resume Studio
Six templates. All of them print your receipts.
Pick a stone, tune the layout, typography, page, and colors, and export a vector-text PDF. The design changes; the gate never does. A template without receipt lines is, by our definition, a bug.

Need a claim the vault does not have yet? Add it right from the builder: it enters as Pending and shows up as a warning until its receipt lands. The studio styles what the vault proves, never more.
Narratives
Writing help that cannot invent a fact.
Cover letters and STAR stories drafted with Apple Intelligence, on your Mac. The generator works from your verified claims and nothing else.
Guardrails, not vibes
Every draft is grounded in the claims you can already prove. If a sentence reaches past your receipts, the guardrail flags it before you ever paste it into an application.
"...led the zero-downtime migration of a 2TB Postgres cluster"
Backed by claim: Postgres 15 migration (verified)
On device, by design
Generation runs on Apple silicon with Apple Intelligence. Your career history is not training data, and it does not commute to anyone's server to get a cover letter written.
STAR stories keep interview prep in the same vault: situation, task, action, result, each anchored to the claims that back it.
Privacy
Private by architecture, not by promise.
A career vault holds salary notes, NDA work, and honest self-assessment. That only works if nobody else can read it, including us.
Your iCloud, not our cloud
The vault lives on your Mac and syncs through your own iCloud private database. There is no JobJujutsu server holding your career, and no account to create.
No analytics, no trackers
The app phones home to nobody. The only network requests are the ones you ask for: checking your receipt links and talking to services you connect.
Backups you actually own
One click exports an encrypted backup file to wherever you keep such things. Restore it on any Mac with the password only you know.
The fine print, in plain language: read the privacy policy.
FAQ
Fair questions.
Where is my data stored?
On your Mac, synced through your personal iCloud private database. The developer runs no server for your vault and cannot read it. Encrypted backups go wherever you choose to save them.
What counts as a receipt?
Anything a stranger could check: a public link, a merged pull request, a certificate scan, a signed document. Claims without evidence stay Pending, and Pending never exports silently.
What happens to NDA work?
Mark it Restricted. You keep the full private story for interviews; every export carries only the public-safe description you wrote. Do Not Showcase items never export at all.
Does the AI see my vault?
Narrative generation runs on device with Apple Intelligence. Nothing is uploaded for training or processing, and drafts are grounded in your verified claims only.
Which formats can I export?
Vector-text PDF resumes from the Resume Studio's six templates, plus Markdown, JSON Resume, and presets for popular application platforms. Every format runs the same verification gate.
What does it run on?
macOS 15 or later. Distribution is through the Mac App Store, coming soon.
